The steps of our work
How I work with you
We work to develop your freedom to act towards your long-term well-being, and consistently with the values that are important to you in life.
Together we will build new ways of reading and dealing with what happens to you, we will develop the ability to recognize and regulate emotions, to relate to your thoughts, to detect and manage stress.

I use scientifically based psychotherapy approaches and techniques (e.g. cognitive-constructivist psychotherapy, attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, sensorimotor psychotherapy).
Our goal is to make sure that you can live feeling freer and more oriented towards what is important to you
My cardinal points
We use awareness to acquire information about what is happening to you.
Mindfulness
N
Cooperation
W
We work together, each one with a role. You put in the knowledge and observation of what happens, I propose you maps to organize the information you have collected and make sense of it.
Person-centered
We put aside judgments about how we are, about how we should be, about how others would like us and explore with curiosity what you feel, think and do.
We pay attention to the person as a whole, with his/her/their history, experiences, and ways of functioning. Instead of correcting something "wrong" or "curing" a symptom, we try to figure out what it has been useful for you and from there what can be of help to you.
S
We put aside judgments about who we are, how we should be, and how others would like us to be. We explore with curiosity what you feel, think, and do.
Often our difficulties come from the fact that we are lost or stuck on a single way of living and dealing with situations. Together we create alternative routes.
